Personalized guest invitations

Named household invitations with their own private links and reserved places. Add RSVP management for €10 if you want to collect responses. Includes up to 100 reserved people. Larger guest capacities and custom production are quoted before payment.

Planning further ahead? Extend the invitation and dashboard hosting to 12 months from activation. Farha confirms the extension before releasing an event outside the standard hosting period.

Pilot prices in EUR. Final details, any custom work and delivery timing are confirmed before payment. Payments are currently arranged and verified manually.

FROM FIRST REPLY TO FINAL HEADCOUNT

Your guest list, in one place.

  1. Set your guest list

    Add households and reserved places, or let guests reply through the shared invitation link. Add known guests in advance to see who has not answered.

  2. Follow the replies

    Your dashboard refreshes regularly with accepted, declined and pending households. Confirmed seats include accompanying guests.

  3. Close & export

    Replies close after your deadline. Export the list and copy the attendance summary for your venue before hosting expires.

Your purchased allowance counts all reserved people, including plus-ones, pending and declined households. Forwarding the link cannot increase this allowance. At capacity, the invitation remains visible and existing guests can update their replies. Request an upgrade from your dashboard; Farha confirms the quote and payment before applying it. Reminders are manual: copy a pending household’s message, send it yourself, then mark it sent. Automated email or WhatsApp reminders are not included.

A few useful answers

Does a 200-person wedding need a business quote?

The invitation link can be shared with any number of guests. Guest management starts at 100 people; request a capacity upgrade for a larger list. Reseller quotes apply to repeat client orders.

Do I get a dashboard with RSVP?

Yes. Every RSVP add-on includes a private guest management dashboard for that event. Basic invitations have order and delivery access, without RSVP reports.

What can an affiliate see?

Their referral link, credited order references and commission status. They cannot see customers’ guest lists.

Can I pay by card here?

Online card checkout is not active during the pilot. Submit a request; Farha confirms your quote, payment instructions and delivery.

How long does my invitation stay online?

Six months from activation, or twelve months with the €10 extension. Export your guest report before expiry. RSVP deadline, event date and hosting expiry are separate.
